Ok I want to see what AE's favorite all time movie is, so make your largest list of your FAVORITE films. I don't care how long they are, though I will try to make mine pretty small.
I'm counting on my AE film geeks to make this happen.
We shall count them up and announce a winner, shall be fun! We can even check 2nd and 3rd.

I know I will see a lot of Memento, The Dark Knight, hopefully Casablanca, I know people here think Lord of the Rings is overrated but I put it up, also if you don't think 12 Angry Men is up there you either haven't seen it or are a jerk!!! Oh and The Big Lebowski, anyway I think we just caught a mouse, I heard the mouse trap go off.... :( Cute little guy.

Mine are!!! :
Casablanca
12 Angry Men
Memento
Star Wars New Hope
Star Wars Empire Strikes Back
Star Wars Return of the Jedi
the Godfather
Saving Private Ryan
Glory
The Last Samurai
Lord of the Rings Fellowship
Shawshank Redemption
Fight Club
American History X
Terminator 2
Taxi Driver
M
The Big Lebowski
Toy Story
City of God
"Fans, for the past two weeks you have been reading about the bad break I got. Yet today I consider myself the luckiest man on the face of the earth. I have been in ballparks for seventeen years and have never received anything but kindness and encouragement from you fans.
So I close in saying that I might have been given a bad break, but I've got an awful lot to live for. Thank you."

 Because I know nobody else in their right mind is going to list any of these movies

Titanic
Steel Magnolias
Ghost
Sleepless in Seattle
Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants
Grant me the serenity

To accept the things I cannot change;

Courage to change the things I can;

And wisdom to know the difference.

I'm pretty sure the new Batman movies will appear on here eventually as a single entry, but I'm going to not put movies on the list that came out in the last few years. These are movies that I can watch over and over and never be tired of them.

The Lord of the Rings
Empire Strikes Back
Serenity
Star Trek: The Wrath of Kahn
Star Trek: The Voyage Home
Star Trek: The Undiscovered Country
Star Trek: First Contact
Kiki's Delivery Service
Godfather Parts 1 and 2
Ghostbusters
Rainman
The Fifth Element

Almost on the list: (Movies I love but don't quite meet the specs to be on my favorites list)

Batman Begins
Dumb and Dumber
Star Trek: Generations
All other Miyazaki movies (I can't put them all on my list)
Shawshank Redemption
Groundhogs Day
A New Hope
Return of the Jedi

I'm sure I'll think of others...

The Prophecy
Detroit Rock City
Wizards
Airheads
Mystery Men
Izo
Hellraiser
Plunkett & McClaine
T2
Serenity

Those are the 10 that come to mind first.
Fingered slowly like the first time you came. The agents of oblivion descend upon the sane. Caked with mud and mother's blood; Playing death games in the rain. And we wonder how it feels to be free. I thought I heard them whisper mutiny. Living room rape scenes. We cut their throats while they slept; Dreaming and digesting shards of turtle shell. The television's blaring, And the ghost of Hitler speaks, Crowned with barbed-wire. I smear my warm semen on the walls of my oppression. I accuse God for the murder of eternity. My everything that is nothing. Christian propaganda and dog sperm. Degeneration... The beautiful downgrade. Do you remember the first sunrise? Sharpened bone clenched tight in your fist; Screaming into the blue; An urge to kill the sky. I can smell the forest like pussy in heat. Barefoot I run through the chaos. The assassins of freedom tend the burning of truth. As we walk these prison walls; It's maddening, always touching something.

I bought Blade Runner for 5 bucks and was disappointed.
