For the record, i wasnt really judging you. It was a tongue in cheek comment. Proper reaction would have been " I happen to like those RPG's". Frankly its a fucking video game. Who cares. I will play FF13 whether you dont like it or anyone else doesnt like it. Its just like if a new Suikoden comes out, you will get a hardon over it whether it gets good or bad reviews. What would you prefer I use? Game Informer?

Most people will cite Metacritic as a source for their game reviews and base their interest off of that. I could care less what a game makes.

Some people do, most people don't. No one gives a shit about people who do anyway because sites like Metacritic and Gamerankings pick out certain sties reviews and skew point scales for any site who doesn't use a 1-10 point scale.

well for starters to bolster your point you could've used a site that didnt have a good review for Darksiders, not an 83.

And I prefer using the donut/bagels system. I would give Darksiders 4 donuts and a half a bagel out of 5 donuts.

I like how a few months ago when the game came out it was being bashed for being very linear and having the same bullshit JRPG trite, but now finding out that the 360 version runs at a lower resolution suddenly fanboys are praising it as "THE BEST GAME EVER MADE OH MY GOD"

Between this and Heavy Rain Sony fanboys have overturned Nintendo fanboys for annoyance levels. A lot of message boards are now a pain in the ass to read anymore because no one wants to have a discussion about games, they just want to bitch and flame/defend.
