Zombieland, AMAZING!!!!
"Fans, for the past two weeks you have been reading about the bad break I got. Yet today I consider myself the luckiest man on the face of the earth. I have been in ballparks for seventeen years and have never received anything but kindness and encouragement from you fans.
So I close in saying that I might have been given a bad break, but I've got an awful lot to live for. Thank you."

Finally finished season 5 of Rescue Me. Excellent. I also started watching Grey's Anatomy (don't laugh). I really enjoyed it when it first started, but since moving out several years ago, I haven't had cable. Picked up season 1 last week and I am excited to complete it.

Shutter Island. Not bad. Sertanly not Scorsasi's best film but a pretty good mystery/suspense picture. Also, second movie in a row that I've watched this week involving crazy people a major plot twist at the end.

Owlman kicked ass. Ultraman....not so much.

The movie was bad ass regardless though.

The Hurt Locker. Great movie but I'm not so sure its worth a best picture nomination. Though considering Avatar got nominated for so many awards this year.........

Evil Dead. A bit corny and goofy but I guess for its time it was pretty innovative especially considering its scant budget

Moon
Pretty good. not great. The big reveal is at about the halfway point so the rest of the movie doesn't have as much dramatic tension.

Boondock saints 2.

I fail to see how this was such a horrible movie, I mean granted it was like a mirror image of the first(which is still the best).. but still.. people just bitch to bitch about things

Started watching Breaking Bad season 1 yesterday. Shits real good though I wonder how they'll be able to keep the story going considering how close the main character is to either going to jail or getting killed somehow in each episode.

Just finished the original V mini-series from the 80's. While a little corny and having some serious pacing issues and way to many characters this version just seems to be a bit better then the new tv series. The new series just has rather dull, flat characters that I can't bother to care about or outright dislike.

that's part of the fun/reasons to keep watching as it goes along. although the cops aren't anywhere near competent in the series. the sting in the first episode is a little ridiculous considering they can't piece together Jesse is the real Captain' Cook when he has it on his license plate that's right in the area where the sting takes place and Walter google searches his name to find his myspace is filled with him talking about making meth.

it's more about Walter and Jesse getting involved with insane people like Tuco and Walter loosing more of his humanity to keep his secret as the series goes along.

give the rest of shot, you'll probably enjoy it.
