    Anyone able to make this into a 125x125 sized avatar, get rid of the black bars on the top and bottom and crop it to just the Colonel on a loop with a size limit of 30kb? Yes I know it is a horrifying image, but I figure an old diabetic is a good an avatar as any.

    Also speed it back up I guess since for some reason photobucket has a problem with gif files.

    So anyone have any thoughts on how I can run D2 off a thumb drive at work? I tried to install it but it comes up with that I need to be an admin for the pc and since I can't do that curious if anyone has any input on the situation. (No there is nothing wrong with this I work overnights and they allow us to play games just not install anything directly to the pc hdd).
