  1. Good luck. Chomsky's books are dry, dense and utterly humorless.
  2. The 9/11 Conspiracy Theories piss me the fuck off. It's like "Ignore the extremist Muslim factions, it was Bush!"
  3. Hence his so-called secular idolation cult he's inspired! The guy is smart, but, Christ, he ain't sliced bread. I can see exactly where you're coming from. To be fair, organization has to be judged by the circumstances. If you're getting together with your community for the goal of self-improvement, I've got no problem. However, if you're getting together for the sake of collectively improving or destroying the "sinful" ways of your neighbors and loved ones, that's where I have the problem. There are good churches and there are bad churches. I agree with you.
  4. I think I am open to anything, even more open than Agnosticism at this point. To me that is what skepticism is about: doubting everything (including the value of objective proofs and laws) and becoming open-minded through the process. Labels are extreme. Labels avoid the gray of which I think I probably belong. It seems, however, that a majority of Atheists (generally) refuse to question their own Atheism. Hinduism is probably my favorite religion. I like a lot of things about it. The Bhagavad-Gita is wonderful. My least favorite religions are the Monotheistic ones: Judaism, Christianity, Islam... all of them are stuffy and kind of preachy... not a big fan of those... EDIT: Technically, I am an Atheist. I just don't like the term. I prefer Nietzschean Atheism which blames both Science and Religion for robbing life of its "inherent ambiguity" -- both claim monopolies on the oft abused word TRUTH.
  5. Step Brothers. It was pretty good actually. Not anything to get too worked up about. Oh, and I almost snuck into Space Chimps. Which woulda sucked, in the best sense.
  6. I didn't know anyone besides the daily show's writers watch that
  7. The Dark Knight. Wow. Heath Ledger... good stuff. His best, no doubt.
  8. Yeah, it's one of my favorite Beatles songs.
  9. haha, then I am an adequate businessman
  10. Are you still recording music, lad?
