TeleportSandwich
How do you keep energized? I personally don't really know how to keep myself energized. Caffeine doesn't seem to work on me and a little bit of alcahole puts me to sleep. Hell, most normal things that give people energy put me right to sleep. Link to comment
Belial
I do not require sleep, seeings as I've probably slept a total of 24 hours in the last 144. Link to comment
margot
I always have energy, I guess it is my superior genes. Also determination. Link to comment
Reinas
Sleep and lots of oranges. Fruits like strawberries, grapes and oranges keep me energized. If I have to stay up all night finishing a paper, that's what you'll find on my desk. And cold milk helps as well. Link to comment

Yeah, well sitting in one place all day long doesn't really use up much energy to begin with. I don't really do anything but sleep for energy. I think the effects of caffeine wore out on me years ago when I drank coke constantly. On occasion I'll have an energy drink like Red Bull or maybe a one of those Starbucks Doubleshot Espresso things, but I pretty much just do that because it makes me think it will give me more energy. Rarely does it actually do so. Link to comment
Wind
chugging down 2 cups of coffee or so always does the trick. Although the come-down later sucks. People don't realize the effects of caffienes stimulation, and how what goes up must come down. Feeling tired 6 or so hours later isnt because you didnt get sleep last night, it's because the stimulate drug (Caffiene) is making you feel like shit. Although I love it. Link to comment

Battle_Pope
I stay up on pure grit and moxy.. if it's available: concerta, adderall, provigil, cocaine (rarely), caffeine. But I'm a natural night-life person Link to comment

Feeling tired 6 or so hours later isnt because you didnt get sleep last night, it's because the stimulate drug (Caffiene) is making you feel like shit. I love how people say it's a little known fact despite it being spouted pretty much everywhere (unless I just have a curse where I have to run into this information... All... The... Time...). I suppose it could possibly be still uknown by the vastly young and the non-believers, but people almost sounds like majority. People don't realize that mercury can kill you, but it's true! Anyway, my tip is this. Just increase adrenaline. Go get yourself scared to put yourself on edge. Or you can always try to force it. You know that sequence of actions those DBZ characters make when they make a ki wave (which is essentially just clenching up, widening the eyes, and making a slight noise, but DBZ references are always appropriate)? It may be dorky, but I'll be damned if it doesn't work. Eventually your body runs low, however, and it says, "Fuck it, I'm going to sleep." So whatever you do, stay active. Sleep preys on the comforted and low-movement individuals. Link to comment

Makil
Exercise usually helps my energy, and if all else fails, green tea gives me a boost. I used to be a caffeine addict, but I'm doing better. Same. I'm usually tired right before I have Taekwondo, but after training I'm really awake. I drink a bottle or two of green tea everyday too. ccblazer44
cold shower or cofee. Laughter wakes you up, and so does eating. But excersize is the best thing to energize you. Link to comment
Ceraziefish
Making animal sacrifices to the sleep Gods always seems to work for me. Seriously, though, I don't know if I've ever been in a situation where I was tired enough to sleep but stayed awake instead. Link to comment

Wind
The green tea seemed to cause a nice lift, let's hope this wasnt a mental effect and it was really stimulated by the Green Tea. I may start drinking this every morning, and possibly buy Diet Arizona Green Tea for other times. Link to comment
