Anime Gee
MIT & CalTech, though I highly doubt that they're going to take me. Cal Poly Pomona (great school for science & engineering related fields & it seems to be not that hard to get into) Cal State Long Beach (another good school) I'm debating with applying to Southern Cal because they sent me letters and stuff. But I don't want to go to school in LA. But I'd love USC.http://www.usc.edu/ ^ I usually drive right pass USC every day. About a couple of months ago, it dawned on me that USC is right smack dab in the middle of the fucking "hood"! I was kinda blown away, because subconsciously, I kinda knew that! Now, don't let that fool you though. It's still a really good & very famous school & the neighbor hood, although in the "hood", is actually not all that bad since they have the museams & the colloseum right next to it. It's pretty close to downtown Los Angeles, Staples Center, & Los Angeles Convention Center. There are always students jogging & stuff around there, but you do get to see a lot of homeless people & junk near there. Link to comment

Belial
I'll start: applying to/applied to: Michigan Tech Let me tell your from experience, Michigan Tech without a doubt as far away from civilization as you will ever be. There is nothing to do up there but drink and go bowling, and on top of that the Male:Female ratio is somewhere around 1000:1. Just some food for thought. Link to comment

Ceraziefish
University of British Columbia Simon Fraser University Western Washington University Evergreen State College I was going to apply to UC Santa Cruz but they wanted the SAT2's and I'm not about to put up with that shit. And I haven't applied to any of these yet. Basically, I really want to go to UBC. SFU is still in Vancouver, though, which is cool. WWU is my safety school, because I know I can get in there. And Evergreen because roughly half the people from my high school go so I know about twenty people there. Link to comment

Ceraziefish
Thats where the Heinlein Library is Really? I hadn't heard anything about it when I talked to them. I probably still would've gone, though. My dislike of Heinlein isn't nearly that petty. And no, I'm not Canadian, but I want to go to school in Canada because I'm pretty much done with this country (this country being the Imperium of America). Link to comment
