Making heart-shaped text in Photoshop

I'm trying to make a card for my girlfriend. I want to write a few words around a picture in the shape of a heart. i.e. Writing "I love you" like:

Y O

U

Something like that (hard to do with Forum ascii). If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it

Custom Shape (U) to create the heart. Make sure it's set to Paths. (To the left of the pen tool on the upper toolbar are three tools - Shape Layers, Paths, and Fill Pixels) Use Horiz Type (T) and click inside the heart, start typin.

I did what you told me, but it didn't work. What am I doing wrong?

Does your suggestion make the text wrap inside the heart? I want it to go around the perimeter.

I want the text to follow the heart, like a base line. Does that help? Thanks again, I know I'm being difficult!

oh, that's what you wanted

Should be pretty much the same procedure, except click on the path where you want the text to start instead of clicking inside the path

I did that, but when I click on the path, the text starts on the heart, then goes off. It doesn't wrap around like I want it to. Is there some button I'm supposed to be pressing when I'm "done"?
