Boris is AMAZING. And yeah, Sigh is fantastic for post-black. (I've only heard Imaginary Sonicspace)

But yeah, I have the Boris discog. They are awesome.

gallows gallery is probably my fav, and then hail horror hail, as far as sigh goes. I don't think it's fair to call them 'post black', considering such a genre doesn't exist. After all, they were on Euronymous' record label back in the heyday of norwegian black metal.

as for boris it's a toss up between heavy rocks and pink.

I actually prefer their drone work. Flood and Amplifier Worship are solidly massive and heavy. I can't deny their awesomeness in all the realms of rock/metal that they play.

Edit: Post-Black does exist. Post-Black is Black Metal on a more experimental stage. The music is usually accompanied by more electronic elements and/or the Black Metal atmosphere is usually shifted around to seem more uplifting. And the musicmanship varies a lot aswell.

Also, it doesn't matter what kind of record label a band is on. It's not going to effect that music that's being played. I'm done talking about this now. Back to stoner discussion.

Electric Wizard is an awesome band. I have most of Dopethrone and I listen to it all the time.

Sunn O))) is one of my favorite bands of all time. Altar is amazing, however, and I really need to listen to more Boris (I've been kicking myself for months since I missed their show in town).

I know that, but they're similar... The stoner and the drone, that is. I mean, the only reason I got into Electric Wizard at all was because my friend told me they were like "Sunn O))) with drums." Which isn't totally true but you know.
