Dragon Quest IX exclusive to DS.

I am excited about this, I don't know about the rest of you. It's a good plan on SE's part by releasing it on a system that already has a huge installed base. PS3 has a small amount of users that can afford/want it, Wii is not yet the best place for the traditional rpgs yet anyway, and the DS has millions of people that own it.

I just feel sorry for all the Japanese gamers trying desprately to obtain a DS, only to find that it's sold out everywhere.

It's hard to imagine how things will end up when you combine the selling power of a main-series Dragon Quest game with the selling power of the DS.

There are actually still people lining up to buy them. It seems they sell out as quickly as new shipments come in. And Dragon Quest is only going to make this problem worse.
