J-Stop
http://www.philly.com/mld/inquirer/news/ma...ly/16217905.htm A gamey game A man from the city's Logan section has filed a federal lawsuit over the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Two years ago, John Robinson bought his son a copy of the game, which later was found to contain scenes of simulated sex. When he learned of said smut, Robinson confiscated the game from his son, who, the suit says, was 20 or 21 at the time. His suit, filed by Mark R. Cuker of the Center City firm Williams Cuker Berezofsky, seeks damages because consumers were not offered refunds. Game maker Take-Two Interactive, which declined comment on the suit, later changed the game's rating from M to AO. I'd like to say how frivolous this sounds, but nothing can be said better then what's in bold. Discuss. Link to comment
Nega-Brent
I'm not sure who is more pathetic, the father filing the lawsuit or the 21 year-old son who had an "inappropriate" game taken away by his daddy. Link to comment
