Now they just need to make a new version that doesn't have all the shit songs. I must say, not all the music is horrible. But for a game like this, I'd prefer not to have to listen to ANY music that makes my ears bleed.

EBA feels like a cakewalk after playing OTO since the Elite-O-Meter is more forgiving than the Kiai meter, which makes me sad because it doesn't feel like as great an accomplishment to get a Perfect 300 SS because it took about 1/20th of the time it took to S Ready Steady Go in OTO.

I'm trading back for my OTO cartridge tomorrow.

Oh yes, I have it. It was my first DS game, actually. EBA could have been a great sequel if the music choices were better.

Music on Ouendan wasn't really that much better and any music choices are entirely negated by poor beat placement and inability to skip openings. All the songs in EBA fit fine.

But arguing music is stupid, since what I like is obviously different from what you like except I'm not wrong.

Yes thank you, I don't like punk music but I still dig it when i'm playing EBA. also, concering Quendan, I read that the japanese gamers hated their soundtrack for it being too mainstream, so its the same all over, just seems unique to us because we have not heard it and its in another language.

Most people, people who would more likely post on this board, have a predisposition to J-Pop and like to believe it's somehow different from American pop music. I assume this comes from it being an anime fan or not knowing enough Japanese to carry on a real conversation - or a combination of both.

No songlist with Bowie sucks, however.

Also, in Hard mode you start zoning out and actually listening to the lyrics. Skater Boi is about Avril Lavigne being a bitch, so I find it mildly entertaining for that alone.
