<3 this game. sure it's the same thing on DS with revamped graphics and controls, but it's even better this time around. I got it for christmas but rented it one time from my EB since brother works there. anyone else enjoy this wii amazement?

Ahh yes, it is quite awesome. And just like in the DS version, the X missions are fucking impossible. Well, I managed to beat the first one (somehow), but I haven't advanced any further than that. Maybe it's because I suck. I should just kill myself for sucking so much.

It's not exactly the same. The biggest difference is that the final chapter from the original is gone, and in its place is a new final chapter that takes place after the events of the DS version. Also, at the end of each chapter, you unlock a new operation where you get to play as a different doctor and see a bit more about the inner workings of Delphi. So it's still worth purchasing even if you've beaten the original. I do hope to see a true sequel sometime though.

No I have the Wii version, but never played the original.
