They may all be ports, but who cares, im stoked. Now all we need is another golden sun, a port of chrono trigger and a port of Earthbound, and i will truly be in handheld heaven. Samurai Drifter
Well, since the other gameboys are reverse compatible, I think it's more marketing than anything else; making them for the lowest rung on the ladder gives them the biggest market. I play my GBA more than any other handheld, but I don't play handhelds too much anymore. Link to comment
Hero
Yeah, FFV, VI, and ToP have all been confirmed. It's funny. Namco has had three chances to translate ToP and they refused to each time. It was Nintendo who has the task of translation and distribution in America. Link to comment
J-Stop
a port of Earthbound, and i will truly be in handheld heaven. There is already one out, but sadly, never made it to the US. Mother 3 was confirmed, though. Link to comment
Gundampilotspaz
VI has to be the greatest game of all time, with that said I'm excited about this news. Link to comment
darkon
Now if only Nintendo can fucking MARKET in AMERICA they'll be doing fantastic. Link to comment
Hero
Now if only Nintendo can fucking MARKET in AMERICA they'll be doing fantastic. The fact that they sold more systems in America this last month than everyone else combined kinda insinuates they're doing a good job. Link to comment

What was the number? I find that hard to believe with Microsoft releasing a new console last month. But, then agian, when I was at EB Games there were a bunch of mothers buying the DS. Akito
I think every Nintendo fan in North America should swear an oath to not buy the Nintendo Revolution unless they decide to localize Mother 3 for us. Link to comment

darkon
Those GBA sales are nuts, especially considering they didn't even put a game in the top 25 in sales. And, to be fair, the 360 number would be higher if there were more 360's made. Link to comment
Akito
Coming from the guy who didn't do the Starmen.net call-in. ;) Like that actually had any chance at all of accomplishing anything. Nintendo's customer service reps have no control over the matter, and an organized call-in isn't really going to impress Nintendo's higher-ups. In fact, Nintendo would probably rather that we'd shut the hell up and go play Mario Party MMMDCCCXCIX instead. Link to comment

And I did. ;) Link to comment
Akito
Well, I fear telephone conversations. But to make up for it, I wanted to encourage everyone else to do it. So therefore, I think I did my part. Link to comment
Siendra
And, to be fair, the 360 number would be higher if there were more 360's made. Too be fair, there didn't have to be a shortage. That's like SCE saying "To be fair, we haven't launched in Europe yet..." Yeah. Link to comment
