Rhino is acquired by Gamestop

Tonight a email was sent out to all Gamestop stores that Gamestop has acquired Rhino Video Games. Thoughts?

To give you a idea it's a game store that specializes in classic games mainly and it pisses off Fagstop/EB because it offered a lifetime warranty on all games for free and usually hurt business for EBs in the areas it was in.

The only non-Gamestop-owned video game store I know about in my area is Game Force. I'm sure they'll be absorbed sooner or later, which is a shame because they have so much stuff that you can't find anywhere else in the universe.

There's a store in Seattle that, as far as I can tell, is just a store, not a chain or anything.

There was a funcoland near me that was really crappy. they had display boxes up for games they knew they didn't have. I was actually glad when they were bought out by gamestop.

Gamecrazy is a lot like how Funcoland used to be (in its prime). They still sell all the old systems and games (that they can get a hold of).
