This has been done on other boards for a couple of years now for both anime and video games and it's usually fun to keep up with. This is simple despite the rules (listed below). How this works: Every member who wants in on this posts once, that becomes your spot/list. You are to make two small lists in your post, one being what you have bought or received (spending tab), the other is what you have downloaded and/or watched (completed tab). The lists don't have to be in any order, but at least be somewhat neat. For the past few years the popular format were these two: - Spending - January - $$.$$ Anime series A $$.$$ Manga Series A Month Total - $$.$$ February - $$.$$ Anime Series B Month Total - $$.$$ Total Spent: $$.$$ - Completed - January - Completed Anime Series C Episode 1 January - Downloaded Anime Series 3 Episode 1 Total Episodes Downloaded: 2 Total Watched: 2 And the other being something that looks exactly like the first list, only without months. Spending: Anime Series 1 - $$.$$ Anime Series 2 - $$.$$ Completed: Anime Series 3 Anime Series 4 Downloaded: Anime Series 5 Anime Series 6 Total: number/$$ But, really, post your list however you want. Some people are creative with colors and such, and I've seen a few people list the amount of disc space they used up that year. What this thread is for: - Fun. That's all. It's fun to go back into the thread every so often to update on what you saw/bought, and check out things other people have watched or bought this year. What this thread not for: - E-penis. Ya Srrsly. No one honestly cares how much or how little you post in here. Don't come in this thread calling someone a weeboo for having a shit load of things listed in his or her list, or don't come in here being a prick to someone who doesn't have a lot. This both breaks the rules of the thread and makes you look like an asshat. - Post whoring. See the first rule. Rules: - Only one spot is allowed unless you run out of text space. Every time you want to update just edit your original post. Reason why it's done like this is to prevent a ton of clutter. Do not post updates in new posts aside from your original post. If you run out of text space in your post, you are allowed to create another post that also links back to the first one. I...don't even know if we have a text limit for posts here, but there are some pretty huge ones in SD&D, so don't make a list with very few titles in it then create a whole nother post to continue it. - Don't post your impression(s) of a series or manga chapter here. We already have a thread for this. - Tokusatsu and J-Drama shows do/don't count. If you want to post them, go right ahead. Technically they are not considered to be an anime or manga series, but people post them anyway. So, whatever. Plus it'll be fun to see if anyone actually watches them here. - Unless Siendra says no, we are allowed to post links to DD's, subs, and torrents here.
