Take a look at the Nissan Motor Company. They were stuck on traditional practices & almost when bankrupt because of that. The Carlos Ghosn stepped in & severed several old fashioned business ties & restructured the company. Business bloomed once again. Carlos Ghosn & Renault saved them from going bankrupt. All this happened about 5 to 6 years ago.
