appeasement, but I don't think the NK situation is that serious. then again, I live in America. If I lived in say, Japan, I might consider it more serious.

I think it's only going to stay shut down for as long as that $300 million lasts.

If I'm not mistaken, the Clinton admin. did the same thing in the mid-90's. So yeah, in 10 years time President Schwarzenegger's administration will probably have to do the same thing and we'll be debating this all over again.

Yeah this is only a temporary solution. But with a country like North Korea time wasting is a good tactic. It's only a matter of time until their regime falls there. As long as proper foreign policy is used then they will never be a nuclear threat. So far we're on the right track.
