ABC. I don't think Dick Clark does it anymore thanks to his stroke. I watched ESPN. Yes, they ran a New Years Special.

Dick Clark was back, even though his speach is slightly impared, though I'm not sure if he hosted a whole show, or just made a handful of appearences on another, but yeah, it would have been on ABC none the less.
