Question: do you really need a video card to make AMV's or can you use clips from stuff you download off the interweb?

You technically can, but using downloaded footage sucks because the video quality turns out bad, there are usually subtitles and people end up turning it off halfway through.

Well, I was ripping it using DVD Decrypter (which I found online somehow) and all was going well, but I ran out of space on my hard drive. For the last couple of days I've been archiving, etc. trying to free up space.

Also, come to class for god's sake. I waited outside your acting class with that Green Day CD but you never showed up. -_-;;

Huh? Only if you're an idiot when you finalize the footage. And with the advent of .MKV and soft sub, that's not a problem either.

I once attempted to make an AMV of the Cowboy Bebop movie to a Beastie Boys song. I was almost finished, then all the video files got deleted by my stupidity and couldnt get them back. :sad:
